The works refer to the complex programme of urban requalification for the city stadium area, which originally included the demolition of buildings formerly used as vegetable market and city warehouses, to be followed by the construction of a new multipurpose commercial building. The commercial and residential “Centro Colonna” building is now one of the reference strategic interventions, thanks to its contribution to urban requalification.
