The Hamad International Airport is built on land reclaimed from the Arabian Gulf and covering a staggering 29km² and it is the second biggest in the Middle East after Dubai. At his peak HIA will be able to handle over 50 millions passengers and 2.5 millions tonnes of cargo per year. The Hotel Screen façades are placed inside the airport – Terminal A1110, to cover vertically the internal airport hotels and facilities.
