Positioned at the heart of the KAFD, Parcel 1.14 is a new headquarters building that will offer state-of-the-art office and amenity space. Intended to be the home for the newly formed GCC Bank, the tower’s timeless architectural design has been specifically tailored for occupation by the Gulf region’s governing financial institution.
We are involved in the architecturally exposed structural steel design of the following parts:
Roof terraces shaded system (EWS-06); - Roof East, South and West side saw-tooth façade (EWS-01); - Roof North façade (EWS-02). The job has been extended in 2014 including the Level 53 Building Manteinance Unit BMU steelwork design.
