Project

DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM AND COMMERCE MARKETING HEADQUARTER

The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) is the principal authority for the planning, supervision, development and marketing of tourism in Dubai.

The DTCM office development is emblematic of the Dubai’s evolving and innovative architectural values where context, function, technology and design are intertwined. Occupying 2,850 square meters of strategically located land along Sheikh Zayed Road, the design is an abstraction of a pearl in a shell – symbolic of Dubai’s humble origins – embedded in an amorphous built form – an approach to optimize valuable urban space.

We are involved in the tender design of the roof curtain wall AESS steel supporting structure.
