Project

KAFD – PARCEL 4.04

4.04 building is a mixed use tower which includes retail, offices and residential in a single super block building.

The Superblock relies on two simple ideas in its architectural composition. The roof of the superblock provides amenity space for the residential units (event space and roof garden).

The ribbons of the façade have been carried across at high level of the roof to create a bold 5th elevation for the building and create shading for the residential roof garden amenity space.

We are involved in the the roof garden shading steelwork design.
