Project

KAFD – PARCEL 4.05

Set within the King Abdullah Financial District, this 209-key hotel is designed to provide a five-star hospitality experience for guests through the combination of high-class amenities and a youthful and vibrant vibe.

Key features include an open atrium that spans the building’s full height; a main lobby enveloped by a classic Arabic courtyard and a veil that visually links the ground and first floors and defines layered visitor routes through the hotel.

We are involved in the podium façades architecturally exposed structural steel design and in the entrance canopy structural steel design.
