The Hamad International Airport is built on land reclaimed from the Arabian Gulf and covering a staggering 29km² and it is the second biggest in the Middle East after Dubai.
Airport construction, divided into phases, began in 2005 and was opened in 2012.
Phase 1 dealt with the design, supply and installation of architecturally exposed steelwork that supported the unitized curtain wall for the Main Terminal Building.
We are involved in the Main Terminal East and West facade (CW2) AESS steel design. .
