ATRIO is a mixed-use commercial development in central Bogotá comprising two towers – North and South – with a large, open public space at ground level.

Together with an additional 10,000 m² of public space, which constitutes two thirds of the whole site area, the development is an important step in the regeneration of the area known as Centro Internacional, bringing new business, tourism, public transport and culture to city’s former business district.

OUR purpose is design the secondary steel structure of the curtain wall type A1 located at the bottom of the tower from level 2 to level 8, where the floorplates are gradually cut-back to create an eight storey high public space.
